HTG EdgeSeq System Workflow

HTG Molecular's EdgeSeq system is a fully automated sample and library preparation method and platform for sequencing-based gene expression that pairs extraction-free, high-specificity chemistry of an HTG Edge processor with the high sensitivity and dynamic range of next-gen sequencing. The EdgeSeq system enables digital quantitation of miRNA and mRNA expression from difficult sample types such as formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues. HTG's EdgeSeq system simplifies bioinformatics. The data parser included with the EdgeSeq system compares the sequencer output to the sample layout to generate simple digital counts for each target.
